The earth is currently experiencing massive infusions of light which are part of the ascension process. The cells of our body are using it to transmute into less dense forms. The amount of light entering us right now is causing what many people call "ascension symptoms."

We're re-calibrating, and even when we stay physically healthy and do our self-work to clear old, stuck emotions, and energy that might be making it difficult to accrete the new frequencies, it's tough to clear everything at the speed necessary for the ascension process. The light comes in and it waits for no man. Or woman.

On top of that, Mother Earth is also going through the ascension process....

Do diets and weight loss products really work, or are we just wasting our time and money?

There are currently 100 million dieters in America who are spending $20 billion a year on weight loss products, and yet 70% of our population is still overweight, with one in three considered obese. That’s not even counting the billions spent on surgeries, supplements, and weight loss drugs.

Man, I lie way more than I thought I did. I made a decision a long time ago to always speak my truth, so I recently started keeping track of all the ways that I don’t.

 

It’s only noon, and here is a list of what I’ve already lied about:

 

-I was telling someone about a power outage that we had, and I made it sound like it lasted longer than it did.

-I also alluded to having to throw out a bunch of food because of the power being off, but really it was just a package of fish and a carton of eggs.

-A guy at the grocery store asked me how I was doing and I said “Great!” even though it’s been a rough one. My allergies are horrible and I didn’t sleep at all last night b...

Everyone has moments when their self-esteem feels a little shaky. For some people, though, it can be a constant struggle. We can try to fake confidence in a number of ways, but until we get to the deeper reasons behind why we feel the way that we do about ourselves, low self-esteem is something that we will always have to contend with.

 

     Most of us have a skewed perception of our value that’s based on other people’s judgments of who we are. We define ourselves through the eyes of others, and usually not in a positive way. The word “power” can bring up a number of feelings. For many people, it makes them think of selfishness, corruption, abuse, and authority. Power is evil, self-indulgent, and should be avoided at all costs.

 

It has a very different meaning for me. Being “powerful” means that I am standing in my truth and accepting myself fully. When I’m embracing my power, I’m trusting that I’m acting from the Divine part of myself and from my heart space.

If you google the phrase “why we stay sick,” over 40 million results come up. Everyone has an opinion on why we get chronic disease. It’s the water, the food, the environment, the healthcare system, our genetics, our karma. We’re too fat, too skinny, not spiritual enough, too spiritual, we are lacking in some nutrient or medication, we aren’t happy enough, angry enough, honest enough. The list is endless.

Body image is a big deal for most women. When you throw a thyroid disease into the mix, or hormonal imbalances that cause weight fluctuations, it can be really difficult to “love the skin you’re in.”

 

I have Grave’s Disease and my weight rollercoasters up and down so fast that I can barely keep track of it. It doesn’t matter what I eat or how often I exercise. I will go from being practically skeletal to a little chubby within the same month. Weight issues come with the diagnosis.

Let’s face it guys, our desire bodies can get us in trouble sometimes. Well maybe more than sometimes. For some people its lust/sexual temptation, for others it maybe drugs or alcohol.
